Welcome to Brazilian MedSpa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or approved contact channels. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment slot. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time in order to avoid delays for following clients. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and professional assessment. Brazilian MedSpa reserves the right to refuse treatment where deemed unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical history and aftercare compliance. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
Medical Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information, including allergies, medications, pregnancy or health conditions that may affect treatment suitability.
Aftercare
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided to ensure the best possible results and minimise risks or complications.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, completed services are non-refundable.
Liability
Brazilian MedSpa is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions or external treatments performed elsewhere.
